About Us
The Ear Wax Removal team consists of three local practitioners who are responsible for performing community-based earwax removal services to patients within the West Midlands area. Our team was established in 2019 to address the need for a convenient solution to long delays in receiving treatment for NHS wax removal.
As Ear Wax Practitioners, the team are all trained, skilled and have the necessary equipment to provide electronic irrigation, microsuction and manual removal using instrumentation (probe) within a community setting.

Jacqueline Lloyd-Jones

Jacqueline joined the NHS in 1974.
Within her role, she has treated many patients who required ear irrigation for earwax removal and has since enhanced her skills to include ear microsuction and instrumentation. She received additional training for this at The Rotherham Primary Ear Care Centre.
Jacqueline is passionate about providing a community-based patient-tailored earwax removal service in patient’s own homes, their place of work and nursing and residential home settings. In addition to Monday to Friday 9.30-4.30pm appointments, she offers an out of hours service available early mornings, evenings and weekends at the Halesowen Clinic.

Fe joined the NHS in 2005.
Fe is qualified in ear irrigation and completed ear microsuction and instrumentation at The Rotherham Primary Ear Care Centre.
Fe offers a community-based earwax removal service in her clinic in Bromsgrove, patient’s own homes, their place of work and nursing and residential home settings. In addition to Monday to Friday 9.30-4.30pm appointments, she offers an out of hours service available early mornings, evenings and weekends.
